The Taupaki House represents a significant achievement for Rusa Construction as it is our first project to receive Certified Passive House accreditation. This designation underscores our commitment to constructing energy-efficient and sustainable buildings. The project presented a considerable challenge for our team, but the stunning natural environment, complete with breathtaking views, provided constant inspiration.
