RUSA recently completed the new build of a stylishly designed home on a cliff top site overlooking the Waitemata Harbour. The property offers breathtaking views of Auckland City, Greenhithe and Beach Haven.

Despite the challenges posed by a narrow street and ongoing construction in the area, the project was managed efficiently, coming in on time and within budget.

Decisions were made decisively, contributing to the smooth progress of the build, enabled by a close collaboration with a hard-working business owner, with whom RUSA formed a strong relationship.

RUSA was actively involved from the beginning, engaging a draftsman to prepare the working drawings. The team also undertook the installation of a James Hardie cladding system, which was new to them. Through thorough research and a strong understanding of the product, the cladding was installed flawlessly.

The result is a simple yet elegant home that perfectly complements its stunning surroundings, showcasing RUSA’s ability to deliver high-quality builds under challenging conditions.
