This was a significant renovation and extension project of an old bungalow villa in Sandringham. This project was undertaken for a busy couple with a young family who needed more room and increased flexibility within their home.

Our work involved creating a substantial new living space at the rear of the property, dramatically expanding the usable area. Additionally, we were extensively involved in landscaping the rear backyard, transforming it into a truly magnificent and functional outdoor space. The remainder of the house also underwent a full transformation through a comprehensive renovation. As is often the case with older homes, we encountered several challenges during the process. However, the final transformation was remarkable, and everyone involved was very pleased with the outcome.
