We carried out a major renovation and extension of an 80’s style house owned by a growing family with four kids. We renovated every room of the house and finished the interior to a very high-spec and contemporary style.

The family wanted to modernise the look and feel of their whole house (both inside and out) so that their home suited their street and the surrounding area of Greenhithe. In order to achieve their dreams of having more space for their growing family, we also had to tackle their steep driveway and make the most of their small section.

RUSA added a garage, a master bedroom with ensuite, and updated every room of the house including a new kitchen, bathroom and media room. We fitted new bamboo flooring throughout and brought the house up-to-date with vertical clad cedar and black aluminium joinery. The house now sits very well amongst the surrounding bush and celebrates the landscape and beautiful views of Greenhithe harbour.
