The family wanted more kerb appeal from their home and to have a more functional layout of their available space in the front of their house. Limited parking, and a less than ideal space for cars to back out from the driveway and onto the street, were some of the issues that the clients wanted us to fix.

Their architects redesigned the front of the house which included a new garage, office, front entry, deck, parking area, landscaping and retaining walls.

Major earthworks were required, particularly around the driveway, and included customised foundations to combat inferior ground conditions. RUSA revamped the exterior of the front of the house to make it more visually pleasing and more practical.

There was always a great team on site which made the process less arduous as we were living in the house at the time. At no time did we feel that our personal space was overrun by builders as guys were very considerate even putting our garbage out on days we forgot to do it ourselves.
